Built for the age
of accelerators
Ferrowatt started in 2021 with a simple observation: AI clusters kept outgrowing the buildings around them. So we started designing buildings around the clusters.
One team, from concrete to cluster
Most colocation means adapting your hardware to somebody else's floor. We flipped it: our architects, power engineers and network team design each hall around the exact racks going in — down to busway taps and coolant loop routing.
Today Ferrowatt operates three high-density facilities in Northern Virginia with 40MW of commissioned power, a fourth hall under construction, and a single standard that never changes: every megawatt metered, every ticket answered by someone on site.

|---|---|
| Founded | 2021, Ashburn VA |
| Live facilities | 3 halls · 40MW commissioned |
| Rack density | Up to 120kW per rack |
| Fleet uptime | 99% trailing twelve months |
| Deployed accelerators | 75+ petaflops under management |
| On-site staff | Engineers 24/7, every site |
Density first
Every hall is engineered for 100kW+ racks from day one — no retrofits, no derating, no surprises when your next cluster funds.
Metered honesty
Submetered power at wholesale pass-through, published PUE monthly, and one invoice that shows every kilowatt. If we waste it, you see it.
Humans on site
Remote hands means our engineers, not a call center. Median smart-hands response is under 15 minutes, around the clock.
See a hall before you sign anything
Tour the Ashburn campus, meet the ops team and watch a live burn-in. We will hold capacity for 30 days after your visit.
