A greenfield or retrofit hall scoped to your fleet: utility power procurement, busway and PDU layout for 100kW+ racks, liquid-to-chip cooling loops, and a spine-leaf fabric with carrier-neutral meet-me rooms.
We hold single-point responsibility — civil, mechanical, electrical and network under one contract — so there is nobody to point at except us. Typical greenfield delivery runs 9–12 months; retrofits of existing shell space run 4–6.
